How to move an item from an old unwanted record to another record[]
- Open up aquistions/orders
- Enter order number i.e. the LK number, to bring up the item record.
- In the 'control number' field, overwrite the old number with the control number for the record you want the item to be moved to.
- Save F9
- Move to cataloguing F7
- Delete the record no longer to be used, Delete work F8
